Our Story
Our journey began with our passion for helping others and discovering we have complimentary skills, values and a desire to share our food self-sufficiency techniques with others through our individual businesses. We started Talk Nature's Pantry as a way to share our gardening, preserving and foraging adventures and connect with like minded folks in the process.

Valerie and her husband have 2 freeze drying companies under Vista Enterprises, a fully licensed and inspected commercial freeze drying operation based in Truesdsale, MO.
Their flagship company, WOW Candy Co is a wholesaler and retailer of freeze dried candy. Cindy and Therapeuo Wellness
Cindy offers a therapeutic holistic approach to full body wellness and natural healthcare through Therapeuo Wellness, a small business in downtown Warrenton. Offerings include several kind and gentle alternative modalities for health and well- being, including frequency healing and other energy work. Cindy is also a certified foraging instructor and licensed through the Missouri department of health to inspect wild mushrooms for use in restaurants, and sale in groceries and farmers markets.
She hosts classes on wellness each month including making plant medicine, and learning how to access unadulterated nutrition from wild plants. Cindy's services include Wellness Walks which are guided foraging walks for property owners to discover wild abundance on their own property, empowering everyone to access what's available in their own backyard.
